We are cople. We stayed in studio during winter time more than one month. We are more then satisfied with Concorde Apartments. It is family run business. Very friendly and helpful staff. Speaking very good English. Perfect location of Apartments. Few minutes walk to the beach and promenade. Banks, bars, restaurant, all necessary shops located around. Bus stop and Tram are just 2 minutes walk. Good connection to Alicante city. Kitchen is well equipped. Central hitting makes room perfectly comfortable during night time. No problems with the bath and all facilities inside the room .Apartments are clean and silence enough, no problem to sleep. Comfortable bad. Room has a lot of sun from sunrise to sunset. You can see the beach from terrace. Wi-Fi in the room was steady and fast .

We liked the location and the price. The beach is just down the street and is really nice. The owners were a delight and the boys love Wiff (not sure who to write the name) the owners dog. We tried taking the bus downtown and had no problem and also had a car to got there later in our stay.

This place is excellent. We have travelled all over the world and this is on our top 5 list. The Location is great, convenient, alot to do nearby. Walking distance to everything, public transportation is 90 seconds away. We will be coming back here again and again.

Apart from the apartment being excellent, all the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Nothing was to much trouble, providing help and information, booking transport and just generally making you feel welcome. The location is ideal if you want a fabulous beach which is spacious, clean, massive and is not over crowded but enough little cafe’s and restaurants if your not self catering. There is a wonderful tram service 3 minutes from the apartments and 1.40 euro will take you in to Alicante and if you want the frenetic Benidorm its just over an hour on the tram at 5.90 euros return……. We wanted peace and a good location for getting around and this holiday hit the spot perfectly. Alicante is a wonderful city to visit and the harbour is eye catching!! If you want disco’s lager louts and mayhem then this is not for you….. But if you want a place to have a great holiday or a beach where you couldn’t lose the kids if you tried… Then visit Apartamentos Concorde we recommend it!! Oh yes we were in an apartment for 2 but had a problem with the aircon so we were moved to a larger 4 people apartment and the owner kept apologising for Inconveniencing us????

We got a great welcome with very friendly and accommodating service. Terrific clean beach, just 5 minutes walk away.Very good paella on the beach. Nice pool and tennis court. Reception can also arrange a good deal with the golf club nearby, although we didn’t have enough time for this. There are direct and good bus and tram links to Alicante town centre and marina, from the bottom of the road, 20 minute trip to town. I have an android smartphone and the wifi connection worked like a charm. Excellent value for money – we’ll be back!

Concorde is located close to Playa Juan and therefore easy to find, just follow directions or go by Tram from Alicante Center “Luceros” and to the Londres station and Concorde is just round the corner. The room is cosy and bright with view to the neighborhood of Calle Bruselas. The outdoor parking area is very big and access is easy with electronic keys. WIFI works well and is included in the price, thus a WIFI key is delivered by check in.
Negative:
The bed was a bit noisy and moved with body movements. The kitchen needs more gear especially the pans needs to be replaced. Moreover a few simple cleaning devices could be useful, while washing the dish and cleaning the kitchen after cooking and eating.

The location for the beach is very good, only 5 minutes walk. Easy to get to the town center with tram or bus as the stop is very near. We had an apartment with three bedrooms and had enough space for all four of us. The 150 m2 stated included the huge terrace as well so the apartment itself wasn’t that large actually. This apartment would be fine for six persons also, but in my opinion too small for eight persons. Well equipped kitchen. Staff was very helpful also. We got some nice tips for restaurants and useful information for our trips.

The apartments are very simply furnished and old fashioned, but everything was very clean. The isolation of the windows and walls is very bad. We had problems to sleep at the beginning as it was so loud in the night (rubbish car came around 3 o’clock in the night!, loud neighbors etc.) but somehow we used to the noise during our visit. Difficult to find a restaurant nearby on Wednesday as almost all restaurants are closed on Wednesday. If we would have known this we would have eaten in the town on that day as we did on some other days. Generally we preferred the restaurants in the town center but the paella in restaurant Los Pacos just opposite the Concorde was delicious!

The person in charge of the building was very rude to us when we arrived because we were late because of problems in the airport. The beds were not done and the swimming pool was dirty.

es war nah am Strand und an der Straßenbahn. Außerdem war in der Nähe ein Supermarkt und die ganzen Gastronomien waren auch direkt vor der Haustür.

Los apartamentos concorde no son lujosos pero están correctos y el precio es muy razonable (hay varios tipos de apartamentos) Están muy bien situados. Segunda línea de playa (la playa a escasos minutos andando con chanclas). Muchos locales, restaurantes y comercios en la zona. El complejo tiene una pequeña piscina privada

Hotel bien situe pas loin de la plage et de commerces. Les chambres que nous avons eu a trois reprises etaient renovees et tres propres. La renovation est faite avec beaucoup de gout. L’hotel est paisible et securisant. Les parties communes sont tres bien entretenu.Le personnel de l’hotel est accueillant, courtois et a l’ecoute du client.

El trato incomparable de todo el personal de recepción y sobre todo de la dueña de la empresa, una persona amable y entrañable que nos recomendó los mejores restaurantes de la zona. Una limpieza impecable. Tuvimos un problema con la televisión y en menos de un cuarto de ahora nos lo arreglaron. Un sitio maravilloso al cual tenemos pensado volver en cuando podamos. La conexión wifi perfecta…. Estamos encantados! Lo recomendamos fervientemente!
